Installation Instructions

Before You BeginYou will need your Tuff Media username and password ready. These are provided when you subscribe.

Step-by-Step Installation

From the Amazon home screen, select Find and scroll to Search. Type in Downloader and select it.

Select the Downloader application from the results.

Select Get to download and install the Downloader app.

When the download is complete, you will see a notification in the bottom right. Press your Menu icon to launch (the button with 3 horizontal lines). If you miss it, launch from Apps on your Home Page.

In the search/URL section, type in one of the app codes below and select Go.

Once the Tuff Media app is downloaded, open it and enter your username and password to start watching.
Android Phone / Tablet

Open a browser on your Android device and type in one of the app URLs below:

You will be redirected to initiate the download process. Scroll down and select Continue to Website.

Select Download, then select Direct Download.

Once the app is downloaded, open it and enter your username and password to start watching.
Allow Unknown SourcesIf prompted, you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings to install the app.
iPhone / iOS
Works on iPhone and iPad running iOS
Before You BeginYou will need your Tuff Media username, password, and your plan type (Basic or Ultra) ready.

Download the VU IPTV Player app from the Apple App Store:

Select Get (Free Download) and install the VU IPTV Player app.

Open the app. In the URL / Server field, enter the server address for your plan:

Enter your username and password and tap connect to start watching.
